At Growers Outlet, we understand landscaping supplies can sometimes be too large and heavy to transport, which is why we take great pride in providing our customers with professional delivery services. We have a small team of qualified and well-experienced truck drivers who are more than capable of safely delivering your product. You may schedule a delivery with one of our sales representatives either in-store or by telephone. However, we strongly advise you to visit us in-store to inspect the product you require in person to avoid complications.
Flatbed Delivery - With piggyback forklift - 12-16 pallets maximum (depending weight)
Includes:
- All palletized material (sod, mulch, pavers, flagstone).
- Field grown palms.
- Concrete products
If your delivery location is outside of the boundaries highlighted on the map, please get in touch with one of our sales representatives, who would be happy to quote you a delivery price. For Flatbed deliveries, we haul a maximum of 12-16 pallets per delivery, depending upon the weight. We usually combine small residential deliveries onto one truck, and our delivery days are normally scheduled for Thursdays and Fridays in time for the weekend. We recommend scheduling your delivery 5-7 days prior to needing your product(s). This gives us plenty of time to prepare your order and fit your delivery within our schedule.
Please note: Our Piggyback forklift is 9ft wide and requires a clearance of 10ft; we will unload the pallets as close as possible to your installation area; however, please take into consideration any obstacles our machine may encounter (buildings, fences, poles, sprinklers, wet soil, etc.) Growers Outlet will not be responsible for any tire ruts, sprinkler damage, or damage to any hidden obstacles our driver has not been informed of.
Dump Delivery
- + $25.00 if you require a split load delivery service.
Includes:
- All material by the yard (8 - 15 yards maximum per delivery).
- Split load service – up to 5 yards & 3 yards of different material.
If your delivery location is outside of the boundaries highlighted on the map, please get in touch with one of our sales representatives, who would be happy to quote you a delivery price. For dump deliveries, we can haul a maximum of 8 - 15 yards of material per delivery, depending upon the product's weight. We can divide and separate material within the truck so you can combine different yardage material on the same delivery for an extra $25.00 Split load service fee. Our dump deliveries are delivered routinely throughout the week; however, please schedule your delivery 5-7 days prior to needing your product. This gives us plenty of time to prepare your order and fit your delivery within our schedule.
Please note: For safety reasons, our dump truck will not leave paved road surfaces, and we dump only onto driveways, parking lots, or designated dumping zones. Also for the safety of our driver, yourself, and your property, dumping material near power cables, fences, building structures, or underneath large tree limbs is prohibited.
